Bronchial asthma

The use of EHF therapy in the treatment of bronchial asthma is due to the anti-inflammatory, desensitizing, immunocorregulating effect of EHF waves, as well as the absence of allergic reactions.

Indications

Monotherapy is used for mild to moderate severity of the disease, in the pathogenesis of which the leading position is occupied by neuropsychiatric disorders. In the hormone-dependent form of bronchial asthma, only combined with medication EHF therapy is used.

Used HF emitters

1. Frequency 52-57 GHz, wave length 5.6 mm (green).
2. Frequency 57 — 63 GHz, the wavelength is 4.9 (blue).
3. Noise — frequency of 52 to 78 GHz (yellow).

Emitters are selected individually for each patient.

Treatment regimen

6-12 sessions of 10-20 min., after 5-6 procedures for hormone-dependent form, you can reduce the dosage of hormones.

Localization

Acupuncture POINTS: P1, Gi4, C5 — at the end of the course of treatment, auricular points of allergy and lungs.
Impact ZONE: middle of the sternum.

Clinical effect and control

Decrease in the frequency and severity of suffocation attacks, normalization of the auscultative picture in the lungs, an increase in the indicators of bronchial patency in the “flow-volume” test. The control is carried out according to indicators of respiratory function, laboratory tests (indicators of humoral and cellular immunity) and the content of hormones.

Contraindications

For monotherapy, the contraindication is asthmatic status, for combined therapy, absolute contraindications were not found (see also General contraindications for EHF therapy).
