Bought anything on our online shop? These terms and conditions are worth to read.

The following terms and conditions apply to purchases made from the spinor-m.com online shop. We suggest you print a copy to keep for your records.
These conditions set out the agreement between you and “us” (spinor-m.com) for purchases made from this website. To purchase from this site you may need to use a credit or debit card via PayPal. You will also need an email address as we will use this as the main way to keep in contact with you.
Please note in particular that: Orders shall only be accepted from persons who are 18 or over.

Please read these product terms and conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law and set out the terms under which Spinor-m.com makes the products available to you (“Product Terms”).


All prices are relevant on the date of purchase. All products may be subject to additional taxes/duty if in your country there is such rule. The amount of taxes/duty depends on customs policy of your country. If you refuse to pay the tax/duty and/or any other charges on delivery or attempted delivery of goods ordered, resulting in the goods being returned or destroyed, spinor-m.com will not refund the goods or shipping charges. Payment is made strictly with the order. All prices are subject to change without notice.


If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you, but will notify you immediately and make amends either by returning your funds, or giving a delivery date when stocks are renewed.

Cancellation and changes

Please notify cancellation and changes to your order by emailing us immediately. If your order has not been processed then it will be possible to cancel or amend the order as requested. However, if the order has been processed and dispatched, then the goods cannot be refunded, so please do not order if you are uncertain. Orders are normally processed within 24 hours of placing the order online, so if you wish to cancel please email on the same day.

Delivery of Products

a) We will arrange for delivery of the products you order by the method and to the address which you specify in the check out procedure. However, the time for delivery will not be essential to the contract between us.
b) If you do not take delivery of the products, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund you the price of the products after getting back the products, but you will still be liable to pay any delivery charges. For this you must inform your courier company, that you are not going to take parcel. The parcel must have status “refusal to receive” and must be send it back.
c) All our devices are shipped from Russia to the rest of the world using EMS courier or Russian Post and a tracking number is supplied as soon as the items are sent.
d) Your local customs can take customs fee. If you want to know in advance, please get this information from your country’s Customs Office.


Unless otherwise stated, all equipment purchased from this website is covered by a 24 month manufacturer’s warranty from the date that it is delivered to you. In the unlikely event that you experience a fault or defect with your equipment in the first 24 months following purchase please contact contact@spinor-m.com. This does not affect your statutory rights.


In www.spinor-m.com The website is a link between the Russian company LLC Spinor-M, which sells EHF therapy devices, and the English-speaking world. All products are ordered directly from a Russian company, in fact we do not have the goods in stock. In Russia, there is a policy of non-return of medical devices and Spinor adheres to it, therefore, please DO NOT place an order if you are not sure, since orders are placed on the same day and from that moment are non-refundable.
However, if you place an order by mistake, please write to contact@spinor-m.com and we will do our best to refund the amount before the order is actually placed with LLC Spinor.

Faulty Items

All devices are covered by a two-year guarantee, so if a device becomes defective then it should be returned to the factory LLC Spinor in Russia where it will be repaired and returned to you. The customer will pay the freight charges for getting the device to Russia, but it will be returned with the company’s expenses. If you think a product is defective, please write to us contact@spinor-m.com


These Product Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Russia and any disputes will be decided only by the Russia courts.
If any of these Product Terms are held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Product Terms which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
