BREAST CANCER

The use of EHF therapy is due to immunomodulating and immunostimulating (to protect the hematopoietic system from the effects of chemo and radiation therapy and reduce toxic reactions after taking antitumor drugs), as well as regenerative and reparative (to enhance regeneration and reduce purulent complications after surgery) effects of EHF waves.

Indications

EHF therapy is used when prescribing antitumor drugs to patients before treatment, in the presence of leukopenia during chemo or radiation therapy, after surgery for better healing and treatment of complications, as well as after treatment and to consolidate the treatment and prevent relapses and metastases.

Used HF emitters

  1. Frequency 40-43 GHz, wavelength 7.1 mm (red).
  2. Frequency 52-57 GHz, wavelength 5.6 (green).
  3. Noise-frequency 52-78 GHz (yellow).

Treatment regimen

With chemotherapy, 14-15 sessions are performed daily for 30 minutes.

3 sessions-before the start of chemotherapy (one exposure daily).

During chemotherapy — one exposure before administration of the drug.

3 sessions-after completing the course of chemotherapy to consolidate the therapeutic effect.

After surgery, EHF therapy is performed according to the scheme:

  • 5 impacts at a wavelength of 7.1 mm;
  • 5 impacts at a wavelength of 5.6 mm;
  • 5 impacts at a wavelength of 7.1 mm.

Localization

The impact ZONE: back of the head, the sternum, at the level of 3-4 intercostal space

Clinical effect and control

Chemotherapy performed together with EHF exposure does not lead to a decrease in the number of white blood cells. When evaluating the effectiveness of treatment, it is necessary to take into account the General condition of the patient and the state of blood cells, blood tests are taken before the first exposure, before the first administration of a chemotherapy drug and after 2-3 injections.

Contraindications

Absolute contraindications have not been identified (see General contra-indications for EHF-therapy).

  1. Hi,
    these indications are good, but the program that should be used is not written, nor is it said what emitter color should be used (it’s just written which colour should be used after surgery…). Could you give us the missing info, please ?

    Thanks a lot.
