The use of EHF therapy is due to the immunomodulatory and immunostimulating action (to protect the hematopoietic system from the effects of chemo and radiation therapy and reduce toxic reactions after taking antitumor drugs), as well as regenerative and reparative (to enhance regeneration and reduce purulent complications after surgery) action of EHF waves.
Indications
EHF therapy is used before the start of treatment when prescribing antitumor drugs to patients, in the presence of leukopenia during chemo or radiation therapy, after surgery for better healing and treatment of complications, as well as after treatment and consolidation of treatment and prevention of relapses and metastases.
Used HF emitters
- Frequency 40-43 GHz, wavelength 7.1 mm (red).
- Noise-frequency 52-78 GHz (yellow).
Emitters are selected individually for each patient.
Treatment regimen
10-15 sessions of 20-30 min. in 1-3-5-9-12 months (as indicated) after the antitumor therapy.
Localization
Impact ZONE: a wedge-shaped lattice maze (see the image below).
Clinical effect and control
Prevention of purulent-inflammatory diseases, reducing the number of relapses and metastases, improving the results of complex treatment. The control is carried out according to the patient’s clinical condition, the state of cells
peripheral blood.
Contraindications
Absolute contraindications have not been identified. (See. General contra-indications for EHF-therapy).
