Adnexitis

The use of EHF therapy is due to anti-inflammatory, immunostimulating, regenerative effect of EHF waves and their ability to relieve pain.

 When use?

Mono-and combined with traditional EHF-therapy used in the treatment of adnexitis, salpingoophoritis in the acute or chronic stage as a preventive agent in chronic disease.

What EHF emitters?

  1. Frequency 40 — 43 GHz, wavelength 7.1 mm (red).
  2. Frequency 52 — 57 GHz, wavelength 5.6 (green).
  3. Noise — frequency of 52 to 78 GHz (yellow along with the device).

In frequency modulation mode with individual selection for each patient. At alternating wavelengths may increase, therefore changing the wavelength is best done after 5-6 sessions with the poor the dynamics of healing.

How often?

7-10 sessions of 10-20 minutes daily, starting from the fifth day of the menstrual cycle. When exposed to the zone during one session irradiated sequentially all three areas.

Where?

Exposure AREA: the area of the sternum; the suprapubic area; the projection area of the appendages to the right or to the left (when bilateral lesions — both sides).
Acupuncture POINTS: zones Zakharyin-Ged on the intersection points of the following meridians:

  • middle Meridian;
  • the stomach Meridian;
  • the Meridian of the pancreas.

Clinical effect and control

Reducing swelling, relief of pain, improving the patency of the fallopian tubes, after 3-4 sessions may exacerbate. Control is carried out according to laboratory tests, the nature of discharge, ultrasound, subjective feelings of the patient (the presence of pain).

Contraindications

No absolute contraindications were found. Relative contraindications: pregnancy, uterine bleeding (see also General contraindications for EHF therapy).
